COVID-19 quarantine, work from home, schools closed, at least 1 month of 50/50 (usually 70/30) smaller/no child support payment?

I am not sure I know what your question is.
As I understand it, you are working from home but your income has only changed about 10% since entry of order. You used to have 70/30 residential time but at least for the next month, you'll have 50/50 split.
Since decree, wife has remarried and her spouse works and they have a child.

Are you wondering if you should move to modify because you are caring for the children 50/50 during the day? Like to avoid all the daycare you would incur if the kids had to be in daycare?

If that is your question, I would say you do NOT have a basis to modify.
Only your income plus Mom's income are considered when setting support. Her house now has a second child. Her husband contributes to the support of her household and presumably, it is cheaper to care for 2 kids than one. If Mom has to put kids in daycare, you will have to pay your proportionate share of daycare. That could be MORE than any reduction you could receive based an any changes in Mom's environment.
If you are caring for children now 50% of NIGHTS, and this is over more protracted period, not just one month, you probably could go seek a modification.
Before you seek a modification, I would urge you to try to reach an amicable agreement with EX. However, I would discourage you from asking for a modification on the basis that you are temporarily assisting with care of children during the day due to cancelation of school. It may be a reason to discuss a modification based on the changes to Ex's household but you should approach pretty carefully.

Courts can modify child support orders upon a showing of a substantial change in circumstances, or at specified time intervals.

You continue to pay the child support as the court has ordered you to pay until the court enters a new order of child support. With some of the superior courts in WA closed entirely for the next few weeks, it may be difficult to get any new court order in the next few weeks.

You can always negotiate with the other parent. If the proceeding was "amicable" before, perhaps the mother is still amicable.
