Hi, my parents signed a contract to buy a trailer. They paid $5,600 to the ones who were going to move the trailer and $400 deposit for the acre they were planning on moving the trailer to plus another $400 for this month since the people still hadn't moved out of the trailer. It ended up being that the owner of the trailer backed out and no longer wants to sell the trailer. What step should my parents take now?
