how do i get my visitation rights as a father? my daughter mother has hidden her from me since Dec. 2008 ,refused the agreement in mediation because i would not pay for her lawyer.
Your are going to have to file for it in the county where the mother and child reside. Anyone can be found. Hire an investigator if the mother has hidden the child. My advice is to get a family law attorney immediately to assist you.
