There is no time limitation for the administrator of the probate estate to sell real property. However, once there is an accepted offer, the administrator should obtain court approval of the sale, with notice of the sale to all of the beneficiaries/heirs of the estate, before the close of escrow. There are methods to avoid formal court approval and I would be happy to discuss these with you on the telephone.
Feel free to call me at (925) 406-4581.
