My name is Shantel Bryant. I live in Seth Low! I have called NYCHA to let them know my toilet is stopped up! Put in my request Wednesday called for 2days today is Friday and even went to management and they keep saying we're going to send someone this is an emergency someone will come that's all they keep saying! I called 311 just to make a note that they are not doing nothing! I want to put a lawsuit against NYCHA!
