The dui incident occurred in the state of Hawaii last year while I was working out there. I was underage (19 at the time) so I have been told by Georgia law that I am not able to receive a hardship license. In this case it will restrict me from school, dui mandatory meetings, work, receieving my prescriptions, etc. I believe I can still request a hearing to ask for a hardship license from the department but I am unsure how to go about this situation.
No, unfortunately, there is not. Under 21 DUI is a hard license suspension.
