I have a case I was backer acted and committed in January 2014 the detective visited me last year n September sent on his report found no probable cause. The state is using my past they filled this year. I obtained the cit intelligence report and it clearly shows 3 attempts of suicide its actually really sad. My public defender said I don't qualify for a c4motion is that true
