You may get some consideration if there is something unique or special about your home office environment. That being said, it may make no difference at all, especially if it can be argued that you have the ability to engage in employment regardless of where you live. If you mean health insurance, the court can order that you remain on your spouse's health plan. The court can make you pay for the difference in cost to your spouse, or they may not.
