i just found out my apartment was illegal i have only been here for just 3 months, my house shakes very bad and i called the community affairs department in nj and they told me its in the system as a 2-family i live in the attic apt, my landlord threatened me when he found out i called the dept on him tellin me he will take to court what do i do now? does he have to pay me 6 times the rent before i move out
