Thank you for your responce to my previous question.(seperation from the AF) My son told me tonight he was told he would be given an evaluation on Fri. from a comander. He was offered an attorney. Why would he need an attorney and should he accept one?

I am 23 yrs old and so is my bf..this is our first baby we are not married yet.. so i have the medical card and he has his regular insurance our son is under mine and under his insurance. My question is how does that work? I put my insurance as primary and his second. i dont understand how a sec insurance work.is it like whatever my insurance doesnt cover his will? and what else do i need to know about how this works. please help me im very confused...
