Hi All,
I need some valuable suggestions to get my revoked license reinstated in the state of Illinois.Currently Currently live in Washington state from the past 3 years.Have no intention to go back to Illinois. However my license was revoked in October 2014 in Illinois.I completed all the classes, victim impact and paid all my fees and submitted an out-of-state petition for Administrative hearing last year and the petition has been denied. How should i proceed with my case to get the Illinois license reinstated so that i can apply for Washington state license.
By getting denied once you have dug a deeper hole that nobody can dig you out of without taking a look at your entire file. The fact that you emphasize completion of the criminal law aspects of your case suggests you lack enough understanding of the process to know how to submit an out of state packet.
Your question cannot be answered with a simple on-line answer. My strong suggestion is that you contact an attorney in Illinois whose practice is concentrated in the area of administrative Sec of State hearings and can guide you. Once you have been denied, the denial creates additional issues that you need to address over and above the normal application process.
Good luck in getting this resolved.
As I mentioned on your previous post. You should hire an attorney to assist you. You will need an updated evaluation and that evaluation will have to address the reason or reasons for the denial.
