Out in front of her totally his fault but cop said it was partially hers becsuse the white line starts at the edge of the drive makes no sense u have to get over to the right but now gettting sued for 9 grand and possibly keeping her license if we dont pay is any of this legal or correct it all seems shady really
One would have to view the accident report to make a determination.
