My aunt passed away December, 2008. The attorney now working the Will has taken months to resolve issues outlined in the Will and is always to busy to address our concerns. My sister stole over $130,000 (convicted of a felony) while Power of Attorney for my deceased aunt and has put her name as beneficiary on several bonds after my aunt was declared incompetent. The attorney now says he wants more money as the 2% does not include that type of legal matter. I feel it is par of settling the estate and the attorney should not get additional funds to resolve that issue. the attorney is already getting 2% of over one million dollar estate and appraised the land involved over twice the value of the land and is getting 2% of the land also.
