In mass, unless you have conditions built into your employment agreement or the work place, you can be fired for no reason.
If you believe there is gender, or sex, or other forms of legally impermissible discrimination, you are likely to have no out.
From what you described, i see no disability discrimination action. But you can take this to an employment attorney.
