My wife and I are having a friendly divorce. We agree on everything. The only asset of real value, is my 401k, which I have listed on the declaration of assets (we're using legal zoom). We are already living apart, and would like to know if we have to list everything like tv's, furniture, etc....or can it just show the 401k? We would rather just say "what I have, I keep...what she has....she keeps". Is that possible?

Yes, for miscellaneous personal property of minimal resale value, you can just lump it together and say each will keep what is in their possession as of the date of the divorce.
