I need your help please
I filed a bankruptcy yesterday and my bank account have $2000 from unemployment benefits i heard that the trustee can take this money ? Is that true?
I filed chapter 7 and my total debt $30,000

You or your lawyer should (and still can) have claimed an exemption for the $2000 in the bank and the trustee will not be able to seize the money.
First, you should be speaking with your counsel, if you have one. If you did not use Counsel, please check that you used the proper exemption (don't know if GA uses Federal or State-check with a lawyer) so that the funds in the account are exempt and the Trustee will not take it. If you failed to properly exempt it, it is subject to the Trustee levy, although you can argue that the funds should be exempt as maybe Exempt Means Test Funds.
