We are in Florida. My daughters father is not on the birth certificate. and is not living with me either. Does this mean i have full custody of my daughter right now? Also if he was to take her with out my permission, would that be kidnapping?

You are not married to the father so under current Florida Law you as the mother are the natural guardian of the child and the father has no rights until such time as he enforces them by filing a case with the court. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
