if you are over 18 they are all adult DUI
a conviction for a 3 DUI would result in a license suspension of 5 years.............and the court would be looking for a decent amount of time in custody.
the court and DA would make a difference as to what is demanded...........and your lawyer might look into putting you into a live in rehab program in lieu of jail.
if this is a misdemeanor you probably could get 4019 good time so that whatever the sentence you would do half of it.
