what happen when you are under medication and you told judge that you under medication and still got judge and the public defender said is ok i understand. i was taking strong medication because i broke my jaw. and i was sentence to 15 years in prison and now im Deported.because that public offender dint care and wanted to get paid.

I can assure you the public defender did not get "paid". More like hardly paid.
