What kind of attorney would I need if my pregnant wife's maternity leave is split in half(unpaid) and told that the rest of her time would have to be vacation time, and also told she will most likely be losing her job after her leave is up?
If her employer has enough employees (50) she should be entitled to FMLA leave which guarantees her position will be held for 30 dyas. They do not have to pay her though.
