The problem with such a case, is that it won't be viewed as credible by the pizza place beyond nuisance value as there are no real injuries. If your son is claiming a dental injury, the fact that he had TWO emergency dental issues in the past month or so will also be a huge factor in that consideration. Especially if he has no dental insurance as the will claim this is bogus shakedown to pay for other dental bills or to address pre-exisitng bad dental conditions. He need to make a claim with the local franchise and likely see dentist if there is a claim of tooth damage, and then go from there. IF he can find an injury lawyer willing to take the case on, all the better.
