On numerous occasions our employees have complained about our retirement system staff requesting contract doctors to change their position when it did not suit the staffs intent to deny disability retirements.

Contracts

I have a collection agenct that I'm dealing with. They are claiming that I missed one payments, and because they froze the interest, they are going to unfreeze it because I missed one payment. I never had any contract with them saying that if one payment was missed that they could unfreeze the interest. How can they make up a contract and then revise it to their own benefit? And what are my rights in regards to this situation? Help I don't know what to do!
