Public schools require high school and Junior high athletes to receive a physical exam prior to participation.

Should they require the same exam for intramural sports, which involves only participants in that one school. Are intramurals an extension of physical education classes?

Can a college legally demand MANDATORY access to a student's bank account as the ONLY means to refund

money due the student? This does not seem appropriate to me.

It appears that my entire letter to the Louisiana Attorney General regarding my student loan was stolen out of the mail. I sent it by registered mail, but my return receipt went missing out of an Enterprise rental. I suspect they did this by showing a fake court court order wtih a judges foreged signature to get this recipet out of the car. I have a photograph of the letter in the post office when I sent it,

It is the University of Louisiana who stole my letter and the people in the River Ranch. The University knew I was going to make another complaint about them regarding that student loan. They have done everything to stop me from getting the same type of education, they messed up documents in my financial aid, and they are getting dance studio owners to present me as someone who will never be employable.

My registered letter was stolen out of the registere mail. I sent it on August 13, 2009.

As far as I know right now, my green return receipt that I paid extra for with that registered letter is not in the mail. I sent it off on Thursday August 13, 2009-it should have been there that Friday. At very least that Monday. I had to respond by the 15th.

I am a teacher for an environmental education program and I know I am not allowed to use any photo's of my students faces in any publishings or share them without written consent. What are the laws for audio and video?

I am a sudent of University of Phoenix in the MBA program. when I enrolled, I clearly specified that I wanted to obtain my MBA with emphasis in Healthcare, since I have been working in the medical field for many years and I want to obtain higher positions within my company Sharp Healthcare, based in SAN diego. Getting close to the finishing with my degree, i was informed by my academic advisor that the enrollment advisor made a mistake and enrolled me in a different program with out the healthcare emphasis and that the last five classes I took are for a different program. Now thay said that they can give me credit for taking the right classes again. However, This would take close to another year to complete and I would have to struggle again to pass all of these classes again, which are very hard to do. My question is: Do I have any rights? why do I have to go thru all of this again and take courses I had already passed and paid for, to fix a mistake the enrollment person and the academic advisor made?
