I am a little unsure what you mean by restrictions on tutoring "in the system". Does this mean that you cannot tutor students attending any school, whether or not they are enrolled in the Christian school, in the overall school district? Unless you have a specific contractual restriction on your activities, this is probably not a legal restriction, especially if the tutoring is done off school grounds, on your own time. E.g., if you are tutoring kids in your own home after work, I don't believe the school can prevent you from doing this.
