While playing a round of golf yesterday at a public course, an errant tee shot struck a home residing near one of the holes. The home owner made a complaint to the club house that a window was broken in the process. What is the liability of the golfer in this case?

prescription mistake

Hello, I would like to know if I have a legal case against a Drug Store chain. I take Requip for Restless legg syndrome. I ordered a refill and picked it up. The bottle said Requip, the right number for it, but wasn't requip. I found out it was Risperdal, I took 6 pills, and I got pretty sick. I still have some of the side effects too. My doctor would not let me come in for a check-up to see if I was okay. I don't know what to do without any witnesses except the bottle of pills.

After having an attorney withdraw from a case

I fired my attorney and after the courts recognize my request and grant it can the attorney charge me for things he has done after the withdrawl? i.e. He sends me a letter saying I owe him ''x'' amount and then charges me for the letter, also, I call his office to ask if payment was recieved, he charges me for that call. Do I have any legal footing to refuse additional fees after the cout recognized the withdrawl? Thank you!

While in a personal relationship I facilitated the purchase of an automobile to obtain financing. The car is still in my name as well as the insurance even though the relationahip has been dissolved. My X still has use of the vehicle and is paying the note. I would like to extricate myself from this situation completely. What options are there?

I gave my daughter's dog to a coworker.I told her if she could not keep it I would take it back. She said if I ever changed my mind she would give it back. I asked her for it...she gave it to her husband's grandpa. She refuses to give it back. Dog does have micro chip identifing my daughter as owner. Any hope?
