prescription mistake
Hello, I would like to know if I have a legal case against a Drug Store chain. I take Requip for Restless legg syndrome. I ordered a refill and picked it up. The bottle said Requip, the right number for it, but wasn't requip. I found out it was Risperdal, I took 6 pills, and I got pretty sick. I still have some of the side effects too. My doctor would not let me come in for a check-up to see if I was okay. I don't know what to do without any witnesses except the bottle of pills.

you do have a claim. Unless you have permanent problems fromt he medication, either from taking it, or not taking your proper meds., there is not a large value to your claim. Nevertheless there is a value. Where did this happen? By the way, you are in the wrong category. for posting.
