Am I violating copyright laws.

I am in the process of building a website, for now at the domain I would like to place a home page that has the website logo and a pre sign up form. When you connect to the home page music will begin to play from a random list of music tracks that are stored in my server. All the music tracks are from well now artist and are protected by copyright. I will not be selling any music tracks it will just play when youre on the home page, to add to the theme of the site. Will I be violating any copyright laws.

Re: Am I violating copyright laws.

You will need to obtain compulsory licenses as part of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to broadcast this music. My firm can help you obtain these licenses.
