Both parents live in NC and one wants to put the child on a plane to send out of state.
I beleive I already know the answer to be NO would just like confirmation
This is also a parent that has unstable mentally.
Who has custody of the child? How old is the child? Where is the child going? I don't know the answer to these questions and thus do not know if its ok or not.
