child custody and child support
My 16 yr old decided to go and live with her dad. She has been there for 1 week. The day after she was there, he started hounding me about going to the AG and amending the current child support and to pay him child support. The split was not of my consent, although I did let her take her things. Does he have the right to demand support and ammend the current child support? Should I wait and let him legally request this? She is 16...they do stupid things and change their minds all the time.

You really need to find a good family law attorney in your area and sit down and discuss your situation. There are really more "ifs", "ands" and "buts" than can be covered in a short email.
