child custody papers
father has legal custody of 3 small children. mother lives in another st.not divorce yet.she already has another baby.she is planning on movin to another st. with a guy.court papers require a 30 day written notice of move,plus she is planning on getting the children for spring break & having themunder the same roof with this man.plus no notice of this move has been made to the court or me.can i stop her visitation?she is to get them on the 21st.what can i do.

You could file a motion with the court
having proper jurisdiction for an emergency hearing and an opportunity to contest these various matters.
You cannot, however, decide unilaterally on your own to suspend the mother's visitation without the approval of the court.
