my ex husband has state rights to the child. when he brought her home he had been drinking what can i do?

file a petition to modify visitation and include allegation concerning drinking, obviously this is contrary to the health, welfare and safety of the child. While you wait for a hearing, file an ex parte motion for visitation to be supervised until hearing.
