civil re money owed
i lent a co worker $ 1300...a friend i though...no contract...i do have the check she endorsed...it was my pay check...many people were aware of this loan...it was to recover a car she had impounded for non payment of her auto loan...i have asked her for over a year for return of this money...she gave me $100. and now will not return my calls...she moved from--name removed--to north carolina...i have found where she lives in north carolina...is there anything i can do about this? i can not afford this kind of scaulding.

Sue her in North Carolina in the small claims court of that state.
