corporation tax I.R.S & EDD question
I have just hired an attorney that just had been either sitting with my case or possibly just buying some time because he told me that I.R.S or EDD after 3 years they can not go after me or hunt me for any remaining pass due taxes or penalties. Is that true or is that false, because i just want to know if he is defrauding me by giving me wrong information. Please reply!

The IRS can certainly 'go after you' for longer than 3 years, so you'd better have a discussion with your attorney and get this handled properly.
