Cost and the prenup

I am looking at getting married for the 2nd time. I have a child and want to ensure the equity and 401k I have built already doesn't all go to my future wife in the event of death or divorce. Can a prenup do this and what should I expect to pay. Any advice on good affordable lawyers in SE WI would be great. Parties are Jason Stielow and Christine Mundt

Re: Cost and the prenup

Yes, a premarital agreement will do the trick! Costs can vary from a few hundred dollars to thousands in very complex cases.
