credit card dedt
My son is late on a credit card payment and he is away at school and card sevices keeps calling me and say they will not stop because this is the phone number on record can they keep calling and is there a limit to how often they can call?

I am not sure that there is a limit, but I would suggest telling them where they can contact your son. If that doesn't work, the easiest way to get them to stop contacting you is to have your son update his info to his current address and phone number. If you aren't helping him pay the bill, it makes no sense for the bill to be sent to your residence. I am assuming your son is the only one named on the credit card.
