custodial parent question
ive moved to an area 25 plus miles away from the school my child used to go to my ex wants her to go to the same school but there is a school 2 miles away since i am the custodial parent can i put her in the school closer to home without his permission

I would review the custody order to examine how the schooling should be done. Next I would contact the other parent to see if it is possible to transfer schools, if she is agreeable there should be no problem. If she does not agree then you will have to file a motion to get the court to order the schooling.
