ive been seperated now for13 months we have four kids together .we have joint custody but i have mainly primerly custody. i have a boyfriend now .i filed for a divorce 1 month ago and he said if i dont agree to what he wants then hes going to fight for custody can he get the kids since i have a boyfriend

If you're living with the boyfriend without benefit of matrimony(as it used to be said), it could be one factor which a judge hearing the custody matter could hold against you as being adverse to the best interests of the children.
