My daughter is wanting to give me Her mother custody and allow me to adopt her seven month old son. I live in Indiana. She was raped and also is bipolar and is wanting to hurt the child which is why she is asking me to do this. what do I need to do?

It saddens me to hear that your daughter had to go through sduch an ordeal.
You need to hire an attorney to take you through the adoption process. It is important for everyones sake that this is done right.
