Drug charge 64 and violation of probation
My fiance' was arrested on drug charge #64 with five bags of crack cocaine on his person...upon arrest he told the police they were for personal use..1) what is drug chage 64 what does it hold as far as time and what does this mean for release?
2) he also has a detainer on himself in Philadelphia (the other is in Montgomery County) for violation of probation, I am not very aware of that case besided the judge wanted him to turn in guns that he nolonger had now she requested this after his probation was already set she then stated if he could not produce them he would go to jail, Now he never returned in fear of jail because he does not have the guns to turn in...alsoisn't this like double jepardy in a sense?
So what is the first move and can't he just be put back on probation to restart that case is 2 years old also.
