due process

Broad question. If a pro-se litigant in federal district court believes the process in obtaining justice she deserves or is ''due'' is being denied, may she appeal to a higher court, before her lawsuit is decidied? If so, how would she go about attempting to do this?

Thank you.

Re: due process

Typically, you must wait till the case is over before filing an appeal. There are some issues that can be appealed before the case is over, however. DSepends on what you want to appeal.
