Employment desrimination
If i worked in NY and live in NJ where can i sue for employment discrimination? Instead of receiving promotion and increase i was fired.

Typically the place of employment and discrimination is the venue for the complaint. So your complaint will be handled in the EEOC's NY office. We actually handle cases like this.
