Eviction without a Lease Agreement
Hello. My sister had been renting my house in Dallas Texas for about three years. For the last two years she hasn't been paying me the complete rent which equals the mortgage amount. Now she has completely stopped paying me and she doesn't want to pay anymore (she quit her job). I want to rent the house to another tenant but she refuses to show the house either. She doesn't want to move out. What are my options to gain control of the house? I am in the military and this house is legally considered my second home.
