Hippa
An adult child dies unexpectantly with no HIPPA and parents aren't allowed access to medical records. What is recourse to obtain them?
Re: Hippa
Hello. Once they open an estate and are appointed
adminstrator's of their child's estate, they can then petition the court for relief in order to preserve their right to bring a legal action for medical malpractice. etc. I suggests legal representation. This process is too complicated to do pro se. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
