I was cheated out of my portion of his retirement
I even hired another attorney who told me I was getting half. Now after 7 yrs I found out I am not getting it. At the time I thought a 401K was retirement. I had a stroke in 97 with some brain damage. But several attorneys did not catch the wording to mean anything different then getting half.

Have you taken the Divorce Decree and the QDRO, together with the plan administrator's rejection, to a new attorney to review? I recognize it is frustrating, but that is the only way to determine if you have any options left.
