I went on a study abroad to Eastern Europe in a school that is a branch of my university. While on my study abroad I was discriminated against by the staff of the school and I have emails to prove it. Im not sure if I can even sue my university because the incident took place while abroad. I would greatly appriciate if someone could answer this question for me.
