Now 2 months later, Dekalb County AIC inverstigator states that there is no evdince that I was attacked by the student and I am to agree to take 3 days unpaid suspension and have a letter of repremand. That is not an issue of "education law." In addition, no one here possibly reach an opinion on what happened with 2 sentences of one side of a story. We can say we believe you, but that means nothing and won't help you a bit. If you are in a union (you failed to even state your position, but we assume you are an employee), contact them. Otherwise, you might be wise to see a lawyer, primarly because of how this affects you down the road. You don't have an issue for an internet message board.
