Military Wife - Expired License
My wife was driving to pick me up last night when she was stopped at a DUI check point. Her license was expired by 3 days. Her driver's license is an Ohio license, we were under the impression that since I am military, and she is a dependent, she had a grace period like I do to renew her license which we planned to do over the leave I am about to take for Christmas.

Have her renew the license and show proof to the court - it will likely be dismissed.
