Nepotism

I was recently denied a job because my father-in-law works for the same company. Is this legal? Does this company even have a right to know who I'm related to?

Re: Nepotism

If the company has a rule against nepotism that's probably legal. You need to reality-check the reason you didn't get hired.

Chances are, if they wanted you badly enough, they would have hired you in some capacity.
