no notifacation of bill
my ex-wife took me to court for copays on medical bills that i never received and had no knowledge of how can this be right?

Your ex should have presented you with teh co-pays before proceeding to court. If your court order requirews you to divide those expenses, that will likely be the order. If they were accumulated over time and no notice was given, you will have time to pay.
