Percentage of Unreimbursed medical paid to custodial parent.

I am paying 30.1% of my teenage sons' unreimbursed medical expenses per divorce decree. They live a little over half the time with their father, because they did not want to change schools (I live 4 miles away, but it is a differnt district). He is the custodial parent, we have joint legal custody. He used to carry them on hsi health insurance, but when he remarried, he and the boys are all on the new wife's insurance. I have no objection to helping my ex take care of my sons' medical. I do object to paying his new wife. Do I have any llegal recourse here?

Legal recourse in what sense? The payments are for the children's benefit, not the new wife's. If your health insurance coverage is more favorable to the children, perhaps you can request a modification on that basis. Otherwise, why bother?
